Warranty

All our products are covered by 1 year limited manufacturer warranty, covering manufacturing fault. Please note, wiring and cables are not covered by the warranty since they can be damaged by customer during improper installation or system exploitation. If you'll need a replacement wiring it can be purchased as the replacement part. If your product experiences any problem, please contact our support team with your order number. Customer will be responsible for a return shipping cost of defective items.

Payments and Delivery

Payments: CarsGadget accepts payments through secured PayPal system connected with our website. Our customers can pay with all major credit cards or using their PayPal account. Once checkout is completed you will be redirected to PayPal page where you can select appropriate payment method.

Shipment: For all products in stock we fulfill orders within 1 - 2 business days. For products like: Screen Replacement Interface, CarPlay/Android Auto interface, Comfort Access Kit and others can take 1-10 business days.

Delivery time after your products was shipped:
- USA - USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Business Days
- Canada - USPS Mail International 5-10 Business Days
- Worldwide DHL Express 3-5 Business Days.
If you received a severely damaged package from a shipping courier and believe that the product may be damaged, please do not accept it. This way we can file a claim against the shipping provider. Damaged products reported to us after the delivery was accepted will be considered as to have been done by the customer.

International Duties and Taxes

Some countries may collect customs duties and taxes for international products entering the country. It is customer's responsibility to research and be knowledgeable about any brokerage fees, customs duties or taxes that may be charged in their country and be ready to cover those fees.

Return Policy

Contact us for approval prior to returning any product. All our products are tested at the factory and come in 100% working condition before shipping.

After the approval you may exchange the camera and/or interface unit purchased from CardGadget.com that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, within 30 days of purchase, so please inspect the products as soon as possible. CarsGadget.com reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 20% percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned camera and/or interface unit that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. Also, customer responsible for the return shipping. CarsGadget.com will not accept returns of any cameras or interface if it was installed and has signs of use. In this case, we can only provide troubleshooting and/or exchange if there will be any issues with a product.

In case you attempted to install the product and wasn't be able to figure out how to install the kit, no longer need it or bought a wrong kit and want to return it, there will be 20% restocking fee applied to all refunds and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. CarsGadget.com doesn't provide return labels.

To avoid additional charges our product must be returned in original box packaged in another box or padded envelope, with no wear and tear or damages to the component[s]. The refund will be issued after receiving and testing the product. If you changed your mind on the product you already bought and it was shipped and want us to ship another product to you, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of a new item.

It is customer responsibility to make sure he/she is buying a right product and understanding basics of the installation process. Please read product description carefully, it not sure what product is a right fit for your car, contact us for assistance.

After purchase: We encourage you to read our installation guide very carefully before beginning the installation or use a professional help.
If you'll have any questions during the installation, please don't hesitate to send us an email with pictures or video of your installation process and our support team will help you to troubleshoot the issue.
