INSTALLATION NOTES

• The factory screen comes out; the new display mounts in its place with the supplied bracket
• The factory screen cable connects to the supplied video box
• The supplied power harness goes between the NBT EVO head unit and its connector; the factory head unit stays in the car
• Sound from the new screen plays through the car's speakers via the supplied USB-AUX audio adapter box
• After install, set the factory screen resolution in the settings menu to match your original screen size (6.5" or 8.8" / 10.25")
• The harness has an RCA camera input; a camera is not included

CHECK YOUR SYSTEM BEFORE ORDERING

• Your car must have the NBT EVO system (iDrive 5 or iDrive 6). Earlier NBT cars, CIC cars and cars with iDrive 7 (Live Cockpit) need a different kit
• NBT EVO replaced NBT from mid-2016 production. On X3 F25 / X4 F26 (2016) and X5 F15 (2017) both systems were fitted in the same model year — your VIN tells us which one your car has
• If your car came with factory Apple CarPlay, it has NBT EVO — earlier NBT cars never offered it
• 2 Series: this kit is listed for the F23 Convertible. For the F22 Coupe, enter your VIN and email us before ordering
• 3 Series F30 and 4 Series F32 / F33 / F36 with NBT EVO are not covered by this kit
• This kit is for left-hand drive cars
