• Each model uses its own bracket and harness, so the exact steps depend on your car

• Your car must have the NTG 4.0 system. NTG 4.5 and NTG 5.0 cars need a different kit
• The system follows the model year: C-Class 2008–2011, E-Class 2010–2012 and GLK 2010–2012 have NTG 4.0; the later cars of the same models have NTG 4.5
• C-Class W204: 2008–2011 cars with the original dashboard have NTG 4.0; 2012–2014 cars with the updated dashboard have NTG 4.5
• Cars near a changeover year (2011–2013) can have either system — your VIN tells us which
• This kit is for left-hand drive cars
